Before you install
A browser warning can look scary. Here's exactly why it appears.
New Windows apps can trigger Chrome's download reputation check and Windows SmartScreen while they build publisher reputation. That warning is about the installer's reputation—not a hidden browser extension and not access to your history.
Always verify the filename is StudyLayer-Setup.exe and that you downloaded it from studylayer.xyz. If anything differs, cancel the install.
